Jon D’Arcy
Jon is Head of ICL New York office where she leads the Audit and Transaction Services teams. With clients in the manufacturing, distribution, financial, IT, education and hi-tech sectors, she has an extensive range of Audit and Transaction Services experience, including IPOs and AIM listings. Jon has also worked on numerous disposals and acquisitions for a wide range of clients.
Patrick Farrell
Patrick has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors, advising them on appropriate governance, process, risk and control structures. He is responsible for a wide range of consulting and assurance related services, including Enterprise Risk Management, regulatory compliance and internal audit related services.
Gareth Bryan
Gareth advises both domestic and international corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Gareth has extensive experience in the areas of leasing, structured asset finance, stock broking, banking, private equity funds, investment management, debt issuance, insurance, labour solutions and consumer products.
Ian Lockington
Ian has a wide range of experience in advising financial services and aircraft leasing groups on various UK and cross-border tax issues, and has considerable experience in advising funds (that fall within the UK offshore fund regime) of the implications for UK investors. He also advises a range of indigenous UK companies on local and cross-border tax issues. Ian is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Caroline O’Driscoll
Caroline has extensive experience advising on inward and outward investment to multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, technology and food/drinks sectors. She also advises start-up/high growth companies, particularly in the technology sector, as they seek to expand their business within Ireland and overseas.
